• 1. Take I-87 North
• 2. Take Exit 23
• 3. Left at end of Ramp
• 4. Right onto Route 9 North
• Go approx. 4.2 Miles (through Warrensburg)
• 5. Left on Route 28 (to Gore Mountain/North Creek)
• Go approx. 21.7 Miles
• Once you pass the town of North Creek on your right you will be following the Hudson River. There will be some Warren County Canoe Parking lots along the river. When you see a big sign on your left for "Garnet Mine Tours" (the sign is not there in the winter) you should begin paying attention. 13th Lake Road is the next left. If you pass the sign that says "Hamilton County/Town of Indian Lake" then you’ve missed your turn.
• 6. Left onto 13th Lake Road (signs for Garnet Hill Lodge/ Garnet Hill x-country Ski area) Go approx. 3.5 Miles
• 7. Left on Ruby Mountain View Drive (When the yellow line in the road ends you are entering private property which is Garnet Hill. Ruby Mountain is the first left)

The house is the third driveway on the right. The address is 47 Ruby Mountain but there are no signs marking it. It is the only house that you can see from the road. You will go up and down a hill and then up and down again. When the road starts to go up and then turn to the right the driveway is immediately on the right. If you turn right and start going up a steep hill then you missed it.

Driving Directions from Buffalo/points West:

• 1. I-90 East
• 2. Exit #31 at Utica. Follow signs for 8 and 12 North (It will feel like you are going around in circles)
• 3. When 12 and 8 split follow the signs for 8 to Poland.
• 4. Stay on 8 through Poland on to Speculator.
• 5. In Speculator take 30 North. You will go 24 miles into Indian Lake.
• 6. In Indian Lake turn right (south) onto Route 28.
• 7. You will go approx. 12 miles (at the bottom of a big downhill) and cross the Railroad tracks. As you cross the tracks you will see the sign for the "Hamlet of North River". The first right is 13th Lake Road. (The Hudson River will be on your left)
• 8. Right onto 13th Lake Road (signs for Garnet Hill Lodge/ Garnet Hill x-country Ski area) Go approx 3.5 Miles
• 9. Left on Ruby Mountain View Drive (When the yellow line in the road ends you are entering private property which is Garnet Hill. Ruby Mountain is the first left)
