Fall in the Adirondacks

Don't forget about Fall. The leaves are spectacular! Leaf peepers can enjoy the array of colors from the lake, their bikes, or from the many hiking trails originating in Garnet Hill. If you venture out of the community, Legacy House is only 35 minutes from the Tahawas trailhead in Newcomb which leads into the High Peaks Region. Other nearby attractions include the Adirondack Museum, Upper Hudson River Railroad, Adirondack Park Interpretive Visitor Center, Garnet Mine Tours, Lake George, Adirondack Great Camp tours, and all of the tremendous things the Adirondacks have to offer.
